The Tufts University Web Branding Guidelines identify the online design elements that should be consistent across all official Tufts websites. These include the Tufts University logo, typography, color palette and other elements that, together, provide a cohesive look and feel across the Tufts web.
The purpose of these guidelines is to support the overall Tufts brand while allowing each school, division and department within the university enough flexibility to express its unique identity. These guidelines were created by a team of communications experts from across the university and will continue to evolve as opportunities to convey the Tufts visual identity through different forms of online media develop.
These guidelines are closely aligned with the Tufts University Visual Identity System and apply to official Tufts websites only.
If you are looking for editorial and/or writing style guidelines, see the Tufts University Editorial Style Guide for University Publications and Websites.
